Paint Smarter is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for skilled, reliable painters to join our expanding team. We offer consistent, ongoing work across a diverse range of residential and commercial painting projects throughout the Shoalhaven region.
We welcome applications from licensed painters, experienced unlicensed painters and painter labourers who take pride in their work and can maintain a high standard across residential and commercial projects.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Experienced in interior and exterior painting, including preparation, sanding, patching, masking, cutting in, rolling, brushing and spraying.
- Delivers high-quality finishes across walls, ceilings, doors, trims and timberwork.
- Confident working on residential, commercial, repaint and new-build projects.
- Competent in safely using ladders, scaffolding,
elevated platforms and painting equipment (where trained).
- Takes pride in clean, consistent workmanship and respecting clients’ properties.
- Reliable, punctual and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Essential
- Holds a current White Card or is willing to obtain one
- Hardworking and reliable
Non-Essential
- Holds a current driver licence and has reliable transport
- If applying as a licensed painter, holds a current NSW contractor licence or Qualified Supervisor Certificate in painting and decorating

- Residential full interior and exterior repaints
- Recent builds
- Commercial painting projects
