THE OPPORTUNITY
Working alongside experienced litigation Partners, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of sophisticated commercial disputes, with the autonomy to take ownership of your matters and build solid client relationships.
Your work will span a broad range of matters, including:

- Supreme Court, Federal Court and High Court litigation.
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes.
- Corporations Act litigation.
- Commercial and contractual disputes.
- Construction and infrastructure disputes.
- Insolvency and restructuring matters.
- High-value, multi-million-dollar litigation.
- Strategic dispute resolution and complex advisory work.

This is an opportunity to develop your own practice, manage complex matters from commencement through to resolution, and work closely with respected senior practitioners on challenging disputes with significant commercial implications.

YOU’LL BRING
We’re keen to speak with lawyers who have:

- 3+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
- Experience within a respected specialist, mid-tier, national or top-tier firm.
- Strong technical litigation skills and sound commercial judgement.
- The confidence to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with senior practitioners.
- A genuine interest in sophisticated commercial disputes and long-term career development.
