We are seeking a hands-on leader to own the coffee operation, lead from the front, and support the team to deliver exceptional coffee and hospitality. You will bring proven senior barista experience, expert espresso skills, and a team-first mindset to coach staff through busy services while maintaining our standard of quality and consistency.
