About Us Peninsula Products is a growing equipment hire and supply business specialising in concrete grinding and polishing machinery, industrial vacuums and floor coating products.

We're looking for a

reliable, mechanically minded all-rounder

to become a key part of our small team.

This isn't your typical delivery driver role. We're after someone who enjoys working with machinery, solving problems and taking ownership of their work.

About the Role This is a varied, hands-on position combining equipment deliveries, workshop operations and machinery maintenance.

Some days you'll be on the road delivering and collecting equipment across Melbourne and Victoria. Other days you'll be in our Carrum Downs workshop servicing machines and preparing equipment for hire.

Key responsibilities:

Delivering, collecting and demonstrating hire equipment to customers.

Loading, unloading and safely securing machinery.

Inspecting, testing and preparing equipment for hire.

Performing routine servicing, maintenance and basic mechanical repairs.

Troubleshooting equipment faults and identifying issues.





Organising daily deliveries, equipment preparation and workshop priorities.

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop.

About You We're looking for someone who is practical, dependable and takes initiative.

Ideally, you'll have:

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery.

Experience in equipment hire, mechanical maintenance, trades or similar industries.

A current driver's licence and confidence towing trailers.

Good problem-solving and organisational skills.

The ability to work independently without constant supervision.

A friendly, professional attitude towards customers.

Flexibility to accommodate occasional early starts and longer days.

Concrete grinding experience isn't required — full training provided.

What We Offer

$80,000 salary + superannuation.

15% out-of-hours incentive

for approved work before 7am, after 4pm and on Saturdays, subject to applicable overtime and penalty entitlements.
