To be successful in this role you will require;
Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
Recent National Police check
First Aid CPR certificate (HLTAID001)
Experience in community nursing is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
A registered and insured vehicle for work purposes
Drivers License
Roles and responsibilities:
Delivering and maintaining care plans that identify the participants health condition, level of care required and the necessary medical interventions needed
Personal care of clientele
Emotional support
medication supervision and administration
wound assessment and dressing
injections
liaison with doctors, Allied and other health services
