Wolf & Williams are working across multiple in-house legal clients seeking front end construction lawyers, on multiple contract roles, ranging from 3 to 12+ month contract terms, with strong potential to extend. About the opportunities These opportunities sit within high performing in-house legal and project teams working on some of Australia’s most significant energy, infrastructure and construction developments. You’ll be embedded in these businesses at all stages of major capital projects, partnering closely with commercial, delivery and executive stakeholders to shape how projects are structured, procured and delivered. The work spans renewables, infrastructure projects, and large-scale construction, across both local and international organisations operating in Australia. These roles are hands-on, commercially focused role, suited to someone who enjoys working autonomously within a collaborative in-house environment. About You You are a 5+ year construction lawyer,



with solid front or back-end experience gained either in a private practice law firm, or corporate in-house environment. You’ll bring:
• Strong commercial judgment and practical problem-solving ability;
• Demonstrated experience in advising on construction/ infrastructure or energy projects;
• Confidence engaging with project, and commercial teams;
• Robust communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills;
