And we're just getting started. Asset Tracking is our next big push, and we’re looking for someone to own it. The incredible opportunity You’ll run Asset Tracking as a business, reporting directly to our CEO: revenue, margin, customers, pricing and the plan. It sits across product, sales and BD, so you’ll need to be comfortable in all three. Our customers run generators, trailers, heavy equipment and fleets well beyond mobile coverage. Some weeks you’ll be bringing a new product to market. Others you’ll be on site with a rental customer working through a volume deal, or figuring out what it takes to win in a new country. A good first year looks like revenue on plan, units live and working in the field, healthy margins and a forecast the group can rely on. Our vertical business lines (VBLs) are designed to leverage the full strength of a global technology powerhouse. Commitments on new product development, platform expansion, new territory growth etc. are routed in business plans you create, sell and own.



Resources to fulfill will be assigned on an annual, ROI, or project delivery basis. This maximises the efficiency within Myriota and across our VBLs. So think of the VBL resourcing model as “as lean as possible for the unique VBL requirement” combined with a matrix for everything else. What we will trust you with:
• Owning the Asset Tracking business plan, from revenue and margin through to forecasts
• Opening doors through your own network and building pipeline by country and vertical
• Running the key deals and qualifying quickly so effort goes where it counts
• Taking products from customer evaluation through to volume with Product and Engineering
• Getting units live and working in the field, not just shipped
• Setting pricing with Product and Finance so every deal protects margin
• Bringing customer feedback back into Myriota to shape the roadmap What we’ll like about you
• A genuine entrepreneurial streak and a track record of growing something, with the numbers to back it up
• 7+ years across product, sales and BD in tracking, telematics, fleet, equipment or IoT
• Customer relationships and channels you can draw on from day one
• Hands on experience tracking mobile assets, and a practical understanding of what wins deals: battery life, accuracy, coverage and total cost of ownership
• Robust commercial instincts across forecasting,



margin modelling, pricing and negotiation
• The ability to bring engineering, sales and supply chain along without them reporting to you
• Comfortable shaping strategy in the morning and sorting out a customer issue in the afternoon
• Confident using AI in your day to day work
• Based within 45 minutes of a major airport, with a valid passport and happy to travel up to half the time
