We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, solid communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided to the right candidates.

Weighbridge Operators Immediate Start Temp to Perm Opportunity Tottenham $45+ per hour Monday to Friday Temp to Perm About the Role As a Weighbridge Operator, you will be responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing truck movements through the site in a safe and efficient manner. You will ensure accurate documentation of vehicle movements and assist with the sampling and testing of incoming seed deliveries.

This position offers a temp-to-permanent pathway for suitable candidates.

Shift Details

Monday to Friday

Rotating shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm

10:00am - 6:00pm

Candidates must be available between 6:00am and 6:00pm

Occasional Saturday work required on a rotating roster

Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

Weighing and documenting all site vehicle movements

Processing incoming and outgoing truck deliveries

Supporting seed sampling and testing activities

Issuing sample containers for outgoing loads





Conducting site inductions for new truck drivers

Monitoring compliance with site safety and PPE requirements

Troubleshooting issues within receival and loadout operations

Contributing to a strong safety-first culture

Basic computer skills

Good organisational abilities and attention to detail

The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable (but not essential)

Previous weighbridge experience

Forklift (LF) Licence

Front End Loader competency

Working at Heights certification
