The Project Our Client is undertaking a significant business and technology transformation and is strengthening its Project Management Office to support the next phase of delivery. A number of PMO opportunities are available across planning, scheduling, governance, controls, performance and reporting. These positions will provide critical support across a complex program environment, helping maintain strong governance, visibility of delivery performance and effective project controls. Please note this role is based in Perth, Western Australia and cannot be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
· Supporting PMO activities across complex projects and programs
· Maintaining integrated project schedules, milestones, dependencies, baselines and forecasts
· Analysing delivery progress, schedule variance, constraints and emerging risks
· Maintaining project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, actions, decisions and change records
· Supporting governance, assurance, compliance and project health reviews
· Preparing dashboards, status reports,



governance packs and executive reporting
· Analysing project performance and providing clear insights to support decision making
· Validating and reconciling project, resource, financial, procurement and vendor information
· Supporting planning, forecasting and reporting cycles
· Reviewing project documentation for completeness, consistency and quality
· Tracking delivery commitments, actions and approvals through to completion
· Identifying opportunities to improve PMO processes, reporting, templates and data quality
· Working closely with project managers, delivery teams and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely PMO information. Skills & Experience We are interested in PMO professionals with experience across one or more of the following areas:
· PMO analysis within complex project, program or transformation environments
· Project planning, scheduling and forecasting, including Microsoft Project
· Project controls, including risk, issue, dependency, decision and change management
· Governance, assurance and project framework compliance
· Performance analysis, dashboards and executive level reporting
· Financial, resource, procurement or vendor reporting and analysis




· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project information and identify trends, risks and areas requiring attention
· Experience preparing high quality project and governance documentation
· Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across multiple project teams and priorities
· Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accurate, timely and high quality outputs
