The Entourage is one of Australia’s leading entrepreneurship coaching and training companies. We need an organised, tech-confident Office Coordinator to keep our office and our systems running smoothly. The schedule (please read before applying) ? 3 full days per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. These days are fixed and non-negotiable 8.30am to 5.30pm. ? Fully office-based. This role looks after our physical workplace, so it can’t be done from home. ⏰ Hours: [start] to [finish] ?? This is a permanent role. You must have unrestricted, ongoing Australian work rights. We’re unable to offer visa sponsorship. What you’ll do
• Run the office: keep the kitchen and workspace tidy and organised, manage dishwashers and whiteboards, and order stock
• Own our tech: lead our Google Workspace account and be the main contact for our external IT provider, logging and following up tickets like Wi-Fi issues
• Support the team: be the first person staff come to with IT or office questions
• Onboard and offboard staff: set up users with their equipment and on our platforms (such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, Sakari and our other platforms). Processes are documented, so you won’t be guessing.
• Back the wider business: work with suppliers, prepare documents and help out at our quarterly member events. This is you if you

• Are confident in software platforms and enjoy working out how they work
• Are dependable, proactive and comfortable being the person everyone relies on
• Bonus: experience with Google Workspace admin or a CRM like HubSpot
