About the role
Potentia Litigation is seeking a motivated Litigation Solicitor or Senior Associate (approximately 3-5 years post-admission experience) to join the growing practice and work directly with the Principal on a diverse range of challenging matters. This is a hands-on role offering significant responsibility, direct client contact, court exposure, and genuine opportunities for career development.

Key responsibilities
• Work on complex litigation across commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder and corporate disputes, class actions and representative proceedings, healthcare litigation and regulatory matters, insolvency and restructuring disputes, competition and regulatory matters, professional negligence claims, and administrative and public law proceedings
• Draft pleadings, evidence, correspondence, submissions and advice
• Provide direct client contact and court exposure
• Work on high-value civil litigation in State and Federal Courts About you
• Approximately 3-5 years post-admission experience
• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution
• Confident drafting pleadings, evidence, correspondence, submissions and advice
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders
• Sound commercial judgment and attention to detail




• Current New South Wales practising certificate and admission to the High Court of Australia
• Experience in commercial litigation, class actions, insolvency, regulatory investigations, healthcare disputes, public law, or Federal Court proceedings highly regarded Benefits
