We're looking for an energetic and people focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Toowoomba team and drive an exceptional customer experience every day. This is a hands on leadership role where you'll work alongside the Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales performance, maintain operational excellence and create a safe, high performing culture. What You'll Be Doing
• Supporting the Store Manager to deliver strong sales and commercial results.
• Leading and coaching team members to provide outstanding customer service.
• Driving team engagement, performance and accountability.
• Ensuring the store is well presented, fully stocked and operating efficiently.
• Assisting with rostering, recruitment, onboarding and team development.
• Building strong relationships with customers and creating repeat business
• Championing safety, wellbeing and compliance within the store.
• Stepping into the Store Manager role when required and leading from the front. We're Looking For Someone Who
• Previous experience in retail, trade, hardware or a similar customer focused environment.
• Proven leadership experience, or someone ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
• Strong commercial and sales acumen with the ability to drive results.
• A passion for coaching and developing people.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.




• A hands on leadership style and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
• Commitment to creating a safe and productive workplace.
• Knowledge of tools, hardware or industrial products is highly regarded but not essential. What's In It For You
