Operations & Sales Manager InstaTruck is a Perth logistics technology business, an on-demand platform that matches shippers with drivers. We’re growing, we’re lean, and we’re after someone commercially sharp who wants to learn the business from the inside before helping drive its growth. This is a two-part role, and we’re upfront about it. You’ll start in operations running the platform day-to-day, supporting customers and drivers, and learning how the business actually works. From early next year you’ll move into sales and business development, turning that knowledge into new revenue. It’s a deliberate path. The best person to sell what we do is someone who understands it end-to-end and has already built relationships with our customers, so you’ll move into sales knowing the product cold, not starting from scratch. You’ll suit this role if you:
• Are commercially driven and genuinely want to move into sales
• Care about solving customer problems, not just closing deals
• Are comfortable getting hands-on in a lean, fast-moving workplace
• Are quick-thinking and comfortable with ambiguity
• Build relationships rather than cold-pitch
• Logistics or transport experience is a bonus, not essential, the operations phase teaches you the product. The offer: a 3-month contract converting to a permanent role on a successful move into the sales phase in early February 2027. Perth-based, on-site. If that’s the kind of move you’re after, send through your CV and a short note on why it’s a fit.
