Senior Cabinet Maker & Leading Hand Description Joinery Co is a WA-owned custom and commercial joinery business. We deliver every project in-house, from design and manufacturing through to installation. We work on commercial and workplace fit-outs, retail and hospitality, early learning centres, bespoke residential joinery and heritage refurbishments. We're looking for an experienced Senior Cabinet Maker to take on the Leading Hand role in our Welshpool workshop. You'll set the standard for quality and help guide the team on high-end commercial work. Responsibilities
• Lead and support the workshop team day to day
• Build high-quality commercial joinery from shop drawings
• Quality-check work before it leaves the workshop
• Coordinate with our drafting and install teams
• Site installs as required Requirements
• Trade-qualified Cabinet Maker
• Minimum 5 years' commercial joinery experience
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• Confident reading shop drawings
• Corian / solid surface experience is an advantage
• Current driver's licence and White Card
