Key Requirements – Operations Development Support
* Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience supporting operational processes, continuous improvement and business development initiatives.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyse operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
* A proactive, adaptable approach with a robust focus on efficiency and operational excellence.
* Experience in the Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) industry or logistics operations is highly regarded.
