We are seeking a full-time Partnerships Video Producer to join our team in Sydney. You'll be the technical and creative engine behind TDA's commercial video output
- producing, filming, and editing content that looks sharp, moves fast, and lands for our audience. You'll sit within the partnerships content team, have a deep understanding of TDA's visual style and brand voice, and turn briefs into polished, platform-ready content that converts. This role reports to TDA’s Partnerships Content Lead and offers a mix of hands-on production, post-production editing, and technical support for our partnerships content. From on-street vox-pops to in-studio explainers, you'll be expected to move quickly, hold high standards, and deliver finished work with minimal oversight.

What you'll do
Production & post-production
• Film, produce, and edit commercial video content, often with tight turnarounds
• Implement client feedback on videos to ensure brand alignment
• Create cutdowns of commercial content for distribution across social channels
• Produce and edit commercial podcast episodes and promotional reels




• Edit and deliver weekly podcast ads
• GFX / Animation capabilities highly desirable Technical support
• Adapt and reformat editorial video content for social media distribution
• Provide technical support for virtual interviews, recorded calls, and related setups
• Assist with production across the team, including studio setup and operating the control room as needed  What you bring
• Experience recording with high-quality cameras and audio equipment
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) or similar software
• Sharp attention to detail and a strong creative eye
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
• Familiarity with social media and digital publishing platforms
• A passion for storytelling and producing engaging content
• A commitment to accuracy, integrity, and brand voice
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in across a small, quick-moving team
