An exciting opportunity exists for a Linux & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a highly skilled operations team supporting enterprise Linux environments, cloud infrastructure, and business-critical applications. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on infrastructure support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and working across Linux, cloud, monitoring, and automation technologies in a secure and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and maintain Linux server environments
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance
• Investigate and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests
• Support cloud infrastructure and platform services
• Assist with application deployments and environment upgrades
• Contribute to operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge sharing
• Support security, compliance, and vulnerability remediation activities
• Work collaboratively within a broader operations and engineering team Skills & Experience Essential
• Experience administering and supporting Linux environments (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky Linux or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills




• Understanding of infrastructure and networking fundamentals
• Experience working within IT operations, infrastructure support, or cloud operations teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure administration and cloud services
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, or similar
• Red Hat Satellite administration experience
• Scripting experience using Bash, PowerShell, or Python
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform
• Understanding of security hardening, patch management, and compliance requirements Security Requirements
• Current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance (minimum mandatory requirement) What's on Offer
