ESTIMATOR Major Infrastructure Contractor (Brisbane) 6‑Month Contract | Immediate Start | Tendering & Technical Support A major international contractor delivering complex pipeline, energy and civils infrastructure is seeking an Estimator to support a busy pre‑contracts and tendering period. This is an immediate‑start contract role (initial 6 months) providing hands‑on estimating and technical assistance across upcoming bids and early‑stage project pursuits. The Role You will work closely with the Commercial Director and pre‑contracts team to support tender development, including:
• Preparing estimates for pipeline, HDD, civils and associated infrastructure packages
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Developing BOQs, cost build‑ups and pricing schedules
• Coordinating subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Providing technical inputs to tender submissions
• Assisting with risk, methodology and constructability considerations
• Supporting peak tendering workload during a high‑activity period About You
• Strong estimating experience in pipeline, civils, energy infrastructure, HDD or similar packages
• Full working rights in Australia
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Experience supporting tendering teams during peak bid phases
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced pre‑contracts setting
• Available for immediate start
