About The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Driver Trainer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven professional who is passionate about safety, training, and developing others within the transport industry. As a Driver Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to drivers across a variety of operations. This role may involve travel to offsite locations, so flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities
In This Role Will Include
• Assess driver competency against their license and mandatory skills by role
• Provide ongoing training and support to existing drivers
• Responding to contact from clients, customers and suppliers
• Facilitating inductions and workplace training
• Maintaining accurate records of assessments and compliance To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential)




• Open MC (Multi-Combination) Driver’s Licence
• Relevant industry tickets and qualifications i.e.; CV, DG, LF
• Demonstrated and certified knowledge of load restraint practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital training tools and systems
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel for offsite training and contracts
