? We’re hiring: Operational Support Administration Officer ? Loganholme | Chillin Air Conditioning & Electrical Enjoy variety, learning new skills and being the person your team can count on? We’re looking for an organised, adaptable Administration Officer to join our Loganholme office and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

About the role
You’ll start by training in our service and warranty area, building the knowledge and confidence to provide support to our Operations and Service Coordination Officer. This will include helping manage enquiries, maintaining job records, following up warranty claims and keeping customers, builders, suppliers and technicians informed. Longer term, you’ll receive training across other areas of our Operational Support team, including:
• Air conditioning and electrical project creation and administration.
• Administration supporting electrical regulatory and compliance requirements, including Form 12s and Electrical Work Requests (EWRs).
• General operational administration, follow-up and record keeping. As your skills develop, you’ll provide support across different roles, covering team members’ leave and helping during busy periods.



You’ll build a broad understanding of how our business operates and become a valued source of support across the team. About you You bring a positive attitude, take pride in getting the details right and enjoy learning how things work. You’re comfortable moving between tasks, adapting when priorities change and lending a hand where it’s needed. We’re looking for someone with:
• Experience in administration, customer service or a similar support role.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Clear, professional communication and a helpful approach to customers and colleagues.
• Confidence using computers and learning current systems.
• Initiative, accountability and a practical approach to solving problems.
• An interest in improving processes and finding better ways to work. Experience in construction, trades, service coordination or air conditioning and electrical administration would be an advantage. Familiarity with AroFlo would also be helpful.
