About the Role
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers and sales staff, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customer enquiries are resolved professionally and efficiently. You will work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Product Management and Accounts to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
• Process customer purchase orders accurately through our ERP system
• Manage customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries and stock availability
• Provide order confirmations and resolve order discrepancies
• Support freight enquiries and coordinate customer deliveries
• Process product returns, credits and return material authorisations (RMAs)
• Support eCommerce and after-sales activities
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely customer outcomes




• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM and ERP systems
• Deliver a high standard of professional customer service About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Internal Sales, Order Processing or Administration
• Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems
• SAP experience highly regarded
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and positive approach to customer service
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
