Central Australia Leading Hand AAT Kings | Yulara, NT Lead a small, close-knit team keeping our Central Australia coach fleet running robust. You'll take charge of workshops in Yulara and Alice Springs, split your time between hands-on mechanical work and leading three mechanics, and play a key role in keeping our guests moving safely across the Red Centre.

What you'll do
• Manage the day-to-day workload across Alice Springs and Yulara workshops, coordinating with operations to prioritise vehicle maintenance
• Repair, service and maintain company vehicles to reduce breakdowns and meet compliance standards
• Lead, train and develop your team of three mechanics, acting as a role model on safety and workshop standards
• Ensure all vehicles meet legislative and OH&S; requirements, and pass mandatory inspections
• Manage parts purchasing and stock levels, and maintain the Ampere system for inventory, scheduling and repair records
• Liaise with other Company workshops via Microsoft Teams to coordinate fast, effective repairs
• Inspect vehicles post-repair to uphold high presentation and quality standards
• Monitor and control costs across wages, tyres and fuel,



and identify opportunities for continuous improvement What you'll bring
• Mechanical trade qualification to Australian standards
• HR driver's licence
• Australian refrigeration licence
• Diesel fitting or heavy truck experience
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience
• Solid MS Office skills
• A hands-on, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail
• The ability to problem-solve under pressure and manage competing priorities
