THE ROLE Working alongside our Senior Risk Specialist, you'll support the uplift of a critical control framework across mining operations. That means turning controls into work that is planned, executed and verified in the field, from bowtie workshops through to SAP integration.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Co-facilitate and record material risk and bowtie workshops, and draft bowties
• Align procedures, JHAs, permits and TARPs with Critical Control Performance Standards (CCPS)
• Map evidence for critical control execution (CCE) and verification (CCV)
• Prepare SAP data and resource-based schedules that build controls into site work management




• Map legacy risks to new material unwanted events and maintain risk register data quality
• Analyse control health, trends and financial exposure, and report to the Risk Audit Committee, clients and leaders ABOUT YOU
• 3+ years in risk, critical control management, HSE, maintenance planning or operations in mining or heavy industry
• Working knowledge of bowties, critical controls and enterprise risk frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and confidence with spreadsheets and data
• Clear communicator who engages well with field teams and senior stakeholders
• Current driver's licence and ability to travel to remote sites (FIFO/DIDO)
• Advantageous: SAP PM experience, a relevant tertiary qualification, and knowledge of AS ISO 31000:2018
