• If we are successful, we'll be in touch with the next steps. We're looking for an experienced Manager of Training Services to be the accountable lead for a Defence technical training services contract in Western Australia, and the main link with the client.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver all contracted training services to meet the client's training requirement
• Manage contract performance, reporting, KPIs and governance with the Commonwealth
• Lead and resource the instructional, development and technology workforce
• Oversee financial management, risk, HSE and quality systems
• Manage stakeholders across the client and other Defence units Required
• Senior management experience delivering Defence training or support contracts




• Working knowledge of the Defence Training Model and ASDEFCON contracting
• Strong people leadership
• Australian citizenship
• Former Defence service highly regarded
• Tertiary qualification in management, education or engineering highly regarded
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly regarded Engagement Details
