About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Operative/Valeter to join our team at Volvo Doncaster. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Essentials (You Must Have)
• Full, valid driving licence
• Robust team player
• Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure vehicles are immaculately presented for cars being delivered/collected by our customers
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised working environment
• Support with the movement of vehicles on site
• Preparing vehicles to a high standard to be placed on our premises




• Work closely with the sales and admin team to ensure the correct vehicle is prepared and ready About You
• A positive can-do attitude
• Self motivation and reliability
• A commitment to delivering high standards and quality work
