About The Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of the Club's financial management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Include
• Assisting the CFO with financial strategy, planning, and business performance analysis
• Preparing monthly management accounts and executive reporting packs Coordinating annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Managing the day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts
• receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory, taxation, and regulatory requirements Supporting external audit processes and stakeholder reporting
• Monitoring internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making
• Assisting with capital expenditure planning, investment analysis, and project evaluations
• Leading and developing finance team members and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Supporting technology and process improvements within the finance function About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
• CPA or CA qualification




• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior accounting or finance management role
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Demonstrated experience preparing management, executive, and Board-level reports
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial systems experience
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and collaborative leadership style Desirable Experience
• Previous experience within the Registered Club, Hospitality, Gaming, Hotel, Leisure, or Community sectors
• Knowledge of NSW Registered Clubs governance and compliance requirements
• Experience managing multi-site operations and diverse revenue streams
