Your Role as a Registered Nurse As a Casual Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports the health, wellbeing, dignity and independence of our residents. Working as part of a cooperative clinical team, you will provide holistic nursing care, administer medications, complete clinical assessments and documentation, and respond to residents' changing needs. You will also provide guidance to care staff and contribute to a safe, supportive and compassionate environment for residents, families and colleagues.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated clinical nursing experience and sound understanding of contemporary nursing practice
• Ability to undertake comprehensive assessments, care planning and clinical reviews using a biopsychosocial model of care
• Commitment to person-centred care,



continuous improvement and quality outcomes A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have
• Previous experience in residential aged care
• Knowledge of dementia care, palliative care, wound management, infection prevention and pain management
• Experience leading teams within an aged care environment
• Current Driver's Licence
• Additional qualifications or training relevant to aged care nursing Essential Requirements
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
