Your Day-to-Day Includes:
• Engaging with a steady stream of inbound and outbound leads, including customers who have already expressed interest
• Providing tailored recommendations on private health insurance policies based on individual needs
• Taking a consultative approach to guide customers through comparisons and decision-making
• Managing your own pipeline of warm leads and building relationships




• Consistently working towards achievable monthly KPIs in a structured, supportive environment What We’re Looking For:
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Confidence in communicating with people and building rapport
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to guide, not pressure
• Resilience and drive to perform in a target-based workplace Nice to have, but not essential:
• Previous sales experience
