We’re looking for a confident and personable Dental Assistant – Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of a practice while also being comfortable supporting our clinical team when required. Conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk from Dapto train station, our practice offers a varied role supporting patients across both reception and the clinical workplace. The purpose of this job is: You’ll play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly creating a positive experience for every patient. Your day may include welcoming patients, managing appointments and enquiries,



supporting reception operations and providing chairside assistance to our clinicians. We’re looking for a friendly and patient focused Dental Assistant – Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. This varied role combines welcoming patients and supporting reception with providing chairside assistance t our clinical team. Shifts may be rostered Monday to Saturday, with availability on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays essential. What you’ll need to make it possible:
• Previous experience in dental assisting and/or dental reception, ideally with at least one year’s experience.
• A willingness and ability to support both reception and chairside duties.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, skilled approach to patient care
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to confidently manage competing priorities
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable, with a willingness to support the wider team.
• A positive, friendly approach and confidence working in a busy patient-facing environment Why you’ll love it?
