The role suits an experienced commercial allrounder:
- Commercial contracts and general business advice
- Business sales and purchases
- Structuring and advisory work for SME and private business clients
- Working within an experienced team led by a practice group leader Requirements
- Around 10 years PQE, Senior Associate or Special Counsel level
- Broad commercial and corporate advisory experience (contracts, business sales and purchases, structuring)
- Experience acting for SME and private business clients
- Ability to work autonomously and manage client relationships
- Full working rights in Australia and a current practising certificate
