Role: Salesforce Tech Lead/n /nBased in Melbourne CBD

- 6month initial contract, high potential to extend (2 year program of work)/n /n /nWe are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to own the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the business. You'll bring strong hands-on engineering skills together with the leadership ability to guide teams, drive best practices, and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions./n /n The breakdown of the role will be:/n /n70% Tech Leading/n /n30% Hands on Salesforce
- which could be solutioning, enabling Salesforce Devs to execute tasks/n /n Technical skills needed:/n /n /n
- 8+ years hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura component development /n
- Deep experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud /n
- Strong web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI frameworks for Experience Cloud /n
- Experience maintaining Salesforce integrations with third-party APIs and middleware, including Azure Integration Services and MuleSoft /n
- Familiarity with CPQ or FinancialForce highly regarded/bonus /n

What you'll do
/n /n /n
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions /n
- Champion automation, DevOps practices,



and CI/CD pipelines for productive delivery /n
- Oversee technical design reviews, code reviews, and design sessions to uphold coding standards and secure development practices /n
- Identify technical debt and recommend strategies for system optimisation /n
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, and product owners to translate requirements into robust solutions /n
- Mentor and coach developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning /n
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders /n
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions /n
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards /n /n Ways of working/n /n /n
- Familiar with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps /n
- Comfortable facilitating technical workshops and engaging cross-functional teams /n
