ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Cook at Charcoal Pit Findon, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive dishes of the highest quality. This position is fundamental to our operations, offering essential support to our team while helping to maintain our reputation for exceptional food. You will be instrumental in crafting delicious meals that reflect our commitment to quality and taste.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with our menu and standards.
• Ensure all food preparation areas comply with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage food stock and equipment effectively.




• Evaluate the quality of ingredients and ensure they meet our restaurant standards.
• Provide support in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organised food preparation workplace.
• Work efficiently to meet service timelines and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure the best ingredients are sourced and available.
• Assist in controlling and managing kitchen costs.
