• Keep the site humming — stock, cash, fuel, store presentation, the works
• Lead from the front and lift the team around you
• Help run a café/kitchen that people genuinely enjoy
• Spot what needs fixing and find the solutions
• Work with the Site Manager to make the site better, your ideas matter here You're the one if you:
