What you'll do
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft and ensure safety
• Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV for suspicious activity
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations




• Apply First Aid and CPR when required
• Control access to restricted areas and loading docks
• Resolve conflict using calm de-escalation techniques
• Complete accurate incident reports and security documentation What we're looking for
• Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Professional presentation and high level of integrity
• Availability to work the advertised roster
• Driver's Licence and reliable transport (preferred)
