- Supporting customers throughout their healthcare journey /n
- Providing friendly and professional assistance via phone and email /n
- Building strong customer relationships through regular communication /n

- Working closely with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes /n About You/n /n
- Atleast 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, retail, hospitality, travel, healthcare, banking, administration, or contact centres /n
- A professional and engaging communication style /n
