Snap Fitness Craigieburn Somerton | Personal Trainer
We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Somerton. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
What it pays
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Rent and support
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
What you will need
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
What you will do
Be part of our mentoring and team workshops. Coach each client one-to-one. Talk current enquiries through how the training works. Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
