Mr Crackle is a quick serve carvery serving roast meals, loaded spuds, sandwiches and more. We’re growing, and we need a hands-on manager to lead our store.
The role
- Lead, train and roster a team of casual and part-time staff
- Run fast, friendly service, especially through the lunch rush
- Manage stock, ordering and occasionally assistant BOH with food prep and portion control
- Keep labour costs on target
- Uphold food safety and cleaning standards
About you
- Previous hospitality management experience is essential
- Strong leader in a high-volume workplace
- Understands food cost and rostering to budget
- Available weekdays and weekends as needed.
