Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Heckenberg who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Day to day
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Talk recent enquiries through how the training works.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Pay
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- What we provide
Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
Requirements
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it.
By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Your availability
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
