UMMA Kitchen Westfield Sydney - Korean Food
located in Sydney CBD is seeking for Hot Food Cook who are passionate, energetic, and creative to join our team. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and provide professional and direction to kitchen personnel where required. You will also be required to ensure recipes, food preparation, and presentation meet our company's specifications and have a high-level commitment to quality. You must also maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitised workspace.

What you will need:
- Great communication skills and an ability to work well as part of the team.
- At least 1 year of Korean Hot Food Cooking experience..
- At least 1 year of Deep Frying and Wok experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced setting.
- Must hold a current Australian visa with work rights or be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- Mon, Wed, Fri [ 8:30am-3:30pm ] 25+hrs/week
- Restaurant Back of House: 1 year (Preferred)
- Japanese Restaurant Kitchen Hot Food: 1 year (Preferred)
- Fishing Cutting/Handling at the restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
