We are seeking experienced Glass Workers to join our team at Woodville, SA.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Glass Worker is responsible for monitoring and controlling manufacturing processes within a production environment. This role involves operating equipment, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations. The Glass Worker plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient production workflows, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal operations.

Those with higher level skills/experience, may also be required to undertake additional responsibilities including supporting team leaders and supervisors, and daily OH&S; requirements for the area.

The ideal candidates will have:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Experience using ERP/CRM systems
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and safety protocols.
- Ability to monitor production processes, identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform corrective actions when necessary.
- Skills in inspecting products for quality standards and conducting tests to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Ability to pay close attention to details to ensure accuracy in measurements, product quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems quickly and develop effective solutions on the spot.
- A commitment to workplace safety, including understanding and following safety protocols and procedures.
