Today, we bring that expertise to the commercial market, providing car park management and maintenance solutions across Australia.

Our services cover everything from car park management and compliance to cleaning, painting, line marking, asphalt and concrete repairs, anti-slip applications, landscaping, signage, and drainage and pit installations.

As our business continues to grow, we're expanding our in-house team and looking for reliable, motivated, hands-on people who take pride in their work and want to be part of a growing company.

About the Role

Based at our Yatala office, you'll work as part of our in-house maintenance team, carrying out a variety of car park and property maintenance jobs across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

No two days are necessarily the same. You'll get involved in a range of practical, hands-on work across different sites, with opportunities to develop your skills and gain experience across multiple areas of maintenance.

We're recruiting for several employment types to suit different levels of experience and availability:

- Full-Time: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week, with days to be agreed
- Casual: Variable hours, depending on workload




- Apprenticeships: Full-time, 38 hours per week, for those keen to learn and develop trade skills

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day tasks will depend on the work scheduled, but may include:

- Car park cleaning and general maintenance
- Painting, surface preparation and line marking
- Pothole patching, asphalt works and concrete repairs
- Anti-slip applications
- Landscaping, drainage and pit installations
- Signage installation and general site works
- General handyman and property maintenance
- Completing job sheets, taking before-and-after photos, and reporting any additional work required
- Following site safety requirements and keeping tools, equipment and work areas in good order

What We're Looking For

We'd keen to hear from reliable, motivated people who take pride in their work and want to grow with our team.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Experience in handyman work, car park maintenance, property maintenance, construction or a related trade
- A genuine interest in learning practical skills if applying for an apprenticeship
- A current driver's licence
- A valid White Card
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to work well in a team or independently




- A good work ethic, a reliable attitude and attention to detail
- The physical fitness to perform hands-on work outdoors in varying conditions

Most importantly, we're looking for people who turn up on time, take responsibility for their work and are willing to learn.
