About you:
You’re a strategic, organised and solutions-focused leader who can connect people, systems, data and service delivery to achieve high-quality outcomes.

You’ll be comfortable leading both operational and administrative functions, making decisions in a complex environment, managing financial and workforce priorities, and building robust stakeholder relationships. You’ll bring a continuous improvement mindset and keep accessible, student-centred outcomes at the heart of your approach.

You’ll be comfortable working across workforce planning, scheduling and people leadership, and you’ll enjoy finding practical ways to improve systems and processes while keeping people and quality course delivery at the centre of your approach.
