Infyworx is seeking friendly, reliable and customer-focused Retail Assistants to support retail operations across multiple locations in Canberra ACT.
This is a casual, on-call position, offering versatile work opportunities based on operational requirements and your availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly customer service.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases.
- Replenish shelves and maintain product displays.
- Receive, unpack and organise stock deliveries.
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist with stocktaking and inventory management.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions when required.
- Follow store policies, procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods or customer concerns.
Essential Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Valid National Police Check,
if required for the assigned placement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible with availability.
- Willingness to work casual, on-call shifts across multiple locations in Canberra ACT.
