we offer
- Salary $86,684.00
- $94,446.00 per annum (Stream A, Level 3
- 4)
- Permanent
- Full-time position (72.5 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday)




- Location – Preferred location is Moranbah, however open to other locations within the Isaac Region for the right candidate.
- RDO’s in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement (only eligible for full-time employees)
- 5 weeks annual leave pro-rata @ 17.5% loading
- 15 days’ personal leave pro rata per annum
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement About You: We are seeking an enthusiastic person who possesses:
- Experience with end to end recruitment processes and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in the areas of creative problem-solving, conflict resolution and decision‑making processes.
- Solid communication abilities, able to collaborate and be a team player.
