JS Medical and Dental Finance – Bowen Hills QLD This full-time Credit Analyst/Broker Support role presents an excellent opportunity to join the team at JS Medical and Dental Finance, a leading provider of specialised finance solutions in Bowen Hills, QLD for Medical and Dental Professionals for business and personal lending. In this position, you will play a vital part in supporting our mortgage brokers and analysing loan applications to ensure we deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients. What you'll be doing Liaising with mortgage brokers to gather all necessary information and documentation for loan applications Assessing loan applications and performing detailed credit analysis to determine applicants' eligibility and serviceability Analysing Self Employed Customer financials Providing exceptional customer service to brokers and applicants throughout the loan application process Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies Collaborating with the broader team to identify process improvements and enhance the customer experience What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a credit analyst or similar role within the banking/finance industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret self-employed financial information and identify risks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with brokers and customers Thorough understanding of credit policies, lending regulations and mortgage industry practices Proficient in using loan application and credit assessment software infinity Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality, compliant outcomes
