Fried Chicken Cook – Broaster Experience

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on cook who knows how to prepare and cook fried chicken using a broaster or pressure fryer.

Your responsibilities:

- Season, marinate and coat chicken.
- Operate the broaster safely and cook chicken consistently.
- Keep the kitchen and equipment clean.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Help with food preparation and other kitchen duties.
- Take responsibility for the quality of food leaving the kitchen.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience cooking fried chicken with a broaster or pressure fryer.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
- Able to work in a rapid-paced kitchen.
- Comfortable taking responsibility and working hands-on.
