Key Responsibilities

- Manage an established residential property portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently and professionally
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Manage arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within RPS
- Represent rental providers at VCAT when required




- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and portfolio growth

About You
You'll be an experienced Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll also have:

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- An Agent's Representative Certificate
- Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating roster
