Looking for a casual personal training role in Croydon Park? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
Pay and super
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Availability
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
The role
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- What you will need
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
