Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Austral Leppington

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Leppington. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

What the role involves

- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.




- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- When you need to be available

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
