About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable female Disability Support Workers to join our team in Penrith, NSW. In this role, you will support NDIS participants to live independently, build their confidence and take part in their community. This position is open to female applicants only, to meet the personal care preferences of our participants.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support participants to attend community activities, outings and appointments
- Assist with household tasks, meal preparation and daily routines
- Follow participant support plans and complete accurate shift notes
- Promote choice, dignity, privacy and independence at all times
- Report any incidents or concerns in line with organisational policies and NDIS requirements

Essential Requirements

- Current driver licence and your own reliable, registered and insured car
- A caring, patient and respectful approach




- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Previous disability or aged care experience is welcome but not essential

Documents Required

- Photo ID – Driver Licence or Passport
- Evidence of your right to work in Australia (if applicable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check – clearance or application reference
- National Police Check – issued within the last 3 months
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module – “Quality, Safety and You” completion certificate
- Working with Children Check – if you will be supporting participants under 18
